They are not the same if we have B2B or B2C customers, also they have been modified lately as we tried as much as possible to avoid using the banking system. I have various payment and cancellation policies that are always added in the trip itineraries I suggest to my travelers or partner agencies but i’d rather NOT add them in the website as they may be subject to change often in a country like Lebanon and with fluctuating situations there.
